Hide Icons Menu With a Symbian 3rd

This time presented in a guide how to hide icons in Nokia Symbian 3rd edition:
This hack allows us to hide some icons in the menu. To do this hack you must disable the caps, to know how to read here.

Not every hack will work with all mobile phones!
To hide the icons just edit the file 101f8847.txt you find in C: \ private \ 10202be9 (unless you find it copy from Z:).

Within this file you will find a string like the following:

0 × 8 string "1000590B, 10008D5E, 20007256.10005 a32" 16777216 cap_rd = alwayspass cap_wr = WriteDeviceData

Among the quotes are the icons hidden UID: 10005a32 News is the icon, just delete the x UID find this icon in our menu (in the firmware where there is not) and avoid this procedure.
Similarly you can add or remove other icons.
You can edit the file directly on my cell phone or PC.

Unfortunately, this procedure does not work with all the icons.

Finding the UID is very simple: just use Taskman Jbak (Link).
Go into settings and enabled the display of UID.

On Jbak Taskman troverete 0 × 10005902
The UID is 10005902
